Morocco requires: valid passports, birth certificates (translated to French and apostilled), certificate of celibacy from your embassy, medical certificates from a Moroccan doctor, and affidavit of eligibility to marry. Non-Muslim men marrying Muslim women must provide a certificate of conversion to Islam. The entire legal process takes 4–6 weeks. Many couples opt for a legal ceremony at home and a symbolic celebration in Marrakech, which is much simpler.
