A percentage component can mean the planner earns more as your budget grows, so ask exactly how it is calculated and whether any supplier markups sit on top of it. What you are buying is access and certainty: two decades of relationships, real international press, and a team that has handled famous, complicated weddings without them going sideways. For couples spending big who want a safe pair of hands, that is a strong argument. For a tight budget, it is the wrong door.
