The percentage model means their fee rises with your budget, so a larger wedding costs you more in planning than a flat-fee agency would. Execution covers the full arc: venue selection, catering, set design, entertainment, beauty, photography, video, guest logistics, and day-of coordination. The kosher Beth Din capability is the standout practical skill. Two cautions come out of couple feedback. First, response times can run slow, which is stressful when you are planning from another country and waiting on answers. Second, weather contingency planning for outdoor events has been flagged as thin, and Marrakech evenings and desert wind are real. Pin down the rain and wind plan in writing.
