The core wedding planning experience — dashboard, checklist, budget simulator, guest list, mood board, venue explorer, and date optimizer — is completely free. No sign-up walls, no data selling. We believe every couple deserves great planning tools regardless of budget.
Our Revenue Model
WPM generates revenue from three sources. First, vendor subscriptions: wedding vendors and planners pay a monthly fee (Pro at €99/month or Pro+ at €199/month) to access briefs, send quotes, and use analytics. Second, couples can optionally upgrade to Pro for a one-time €49 payment to unlock vendor matching, quote management, and team coordination. Third, Pro+ vendors can activate featured placements for additional visibility. No vendor can buy a higher editorial ranking — subscriptions only unlock platform features, not positions.
What We Will Never Do
- Accept payment to improve a planner's or venue's editorial ranking
- Sell couple data to third parties
- Run display advertising
- Blur the line between editorial rankings and paid visibility
The Firewall
Our editorial team sets rankings based on verified data: fee transparency, client reviews, venue partnerships, and experience level. Our commercial team manages vendor subscriptions and featured placements. These teams operate independently. A vendor who pays for Pro+ and featured placement but drops in quality will see their editorial ranking drop. We have done this before and will do it again. Trust is the only asset we have.
