our honest review
Delight is run by Brice Jakubowicz, a graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne who spent years at Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental before moving to Marrakech. That hospitality pedigree shows. This is not a planner who learned on the job. He trained in five-star operations before opening his own agency. The artistic direction is handled by Ludovic Petit, and the team sits at around 30 people. That is a serious operation for a Marrakech planner. Most agencies here run with 3 to 5 people. They work with top venues including Royal Mansour, La Mamounia, and Amanjena, and operate beyond Marrakech in Casablanca, Fes, the Sahara, Paris, Milan, Vienna, and Dubai. Delight's biggest flex is the Dior Cruise 2020 show at the Palais El Badi, 800 guests. That was not a wedding, but it tells you they can handle large-scale luxury production.
The client roster leans heavily corporate: Dior, Cartier, Ferrari, Saint Laurent, Tom Ford, Porsche, and Bentley. Those names are real and verifiable. On the wedding side, the portfolio is thinner. Their minimum budget sits at 75,000 EUR, which puts them firmly in the luxury tier. The hybrid fee structure charges a 15,000 EUR retainer plus 15% commission on vendor spend. For a wedding budgeted at 100,000 EUR, that means roughly 27,500 EUR in planning fees. Not cheap. But with a 30-person team and corporate-level logistics experience, you are paying for infrastructure that smaller agencies simply cannot match. They work in French and English.
Choose Delight if you want production value. If your wedding needs to feel like an event, not just a party, this team knows how to build that. The Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental background means Brice understands service standards at a cellular level. Ludovic Petit's artistic direction adds a creative layer that pure logistics planners lack. One honest caveat: the corporate portfolio is impressive but it is not weddings. Managing 800 people for Dior is different from managing 150 guests at someone's most emotionally charged day. Ask specifically about recent wedding references. How many did they do last year? What was the average guest count? Those answers will tell you more than the brand name client list.
Delight charges a €15,000 retainer plus 15% of your total budget. On a €60,000 wedding, that means approximately €24,000 in planning fees. Ask how vendor commissions are handled.
We recommend booking Delight 12 to 18 months before your wedding date. During peak season (October to April), popular planners fill up quickly. Contact them as early as possible to check availability for your preferred dates.
Delight charges a 15% commission on vendor spend in addition to their retainer fee. This is common in Marrakech but means the planner earns more when you spend more on vendors. Ask for a detailed breakdown before signing.

Delight has the infrastructure and pedigree to handle large, complex, high-budget weddings in Marrakech. The team size, the hospitality training, the corporate track record, those are real differentiators. But I want to see more wedding-specific proof before rating them higher. A 7.6 out of 10 reflects solid potential with a thin public wedding portfolio. If you are planning a wedding above 75,000 EUR and want a team that operates like a luxury hotel, Delight belongs in the conversation. Just make sure to verify the wedding-specific experience beyond the corporate highlights.
