1. Overview
This refund policy applies to all purchases made on weddingplannermarrakech.com, operated by JEANNETTE LTD. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record.
2. Vendor Subscriptions (Pro & Pro+)
Vendor subscriptions (Pro at €99/month, Pro+ at €199/month) auto-renew monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your vendor portal dashboard. Upon cancellation: no refund is issued for the remaining days in the current billing period, your subscription benefits (brief access, analytics, priority placement) remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have questions about a charge, please contact us at legal@weddingplannermarrakech.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund procedures.
