This platform was built on one principle: couples deserve honest, complete information to make the best decisions for their wedding. Every venue, vendor, and planner listing includes real pricing, verified quality checks, and clear disclosures. We believe the wedding industry in Marrakech has long suffered from opaque pricing and pay-for-placement reviews. WPM exists to give couples a level playing field — a complete planning hub where every vendor is vetted, every price is audited, and every tool is free.

How We Vet Vendors & Ensure Quality

Every vendor, venue, and planner on WPM goes through a rigorous vetting process. We evaluate four dimensions to ensure only quality professionals appear on the platform:

The final quality score is the weighted average of these four dimensions. Scores are updated quarterly and after each wedding we attend or receive verified couple feedback on. The update cycle runs in January, April, July, and October. Vendors who fall below our quality threshold are removed from the platform.

Price Verification

All prices are verified directly with venues and vendors through a combination of direct enquiry, mystery-shopping calls, and feedback from couples who have recently booked. We display the date of last verification on every listing. Prices are updated quarterly at minimum. If a price changes between verifications, we update as soon as we become aware. Price ranges reflect seasonal variation (high season October-April vs. low season May-September) and package differences. Where venues offer all-inclusive packages, we break down the per-person catering cost separately from the venue hire fee to allow fair comparison.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

WPM is an independent wedding planning hub curated by Simone. WPM does not offer wedding planning services and does not compete with the vendors it vets. All vendors are evaluated using a consistent methodology regardless of any relationship with the editorial team. No vendor pays for placement or can influence their quality score. Vetting results are determined solely by Overall Quality, Transparency, Value for Money, and Reliability scores. WPM earns revenue through vendor subscriptions (Pro and Pro+), optional couple Pro upgrades, and featured placements for Pro+ vendors. These commercial relationships are disclosed here and do not affect editorial scoring. Subscriptions unlock platform features — not ranking positions. If a paying vendor underperforms, we lower their score regardless of revenue impact.

Some content on this platform is assisted by AI, including venue comparison summaries, budget simulation calculations, and SEO descriptions. All AI-generated editorial content is reviewed by our team before publication to ensure factual accuracy. Our tools (budget simulator, date optimizer, checklist) use algorithmic calculations based on real pricing data, not AI generation. The AI chatbot clearly identifies itself as AI and recommends consulting with a human planner for critical decisions.

Venues and vendors can request updates to their listings at any time — we verify the information before publishing changes.
