1. What we sell
Wedding Planner Marrakech sells a single product: the WPM couple plan, a one-time digital purchase of €49. The plan delivers a personalised wedding plan, a curated vendor shortlist, a sample vendor proposal, and direct contact details for the recommended vendors. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no automatic renewal. The plan is delivered immediately after purchase, accessible from your account on weddingplannermarrakech.com.
2. Our refund policy
You may request a full refund of your €49 purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, for any reason or for no reason at all. No questions asked, no qualifying conditions, no exceptions. If you change your mind, write to us within the 14-day window and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
3. How to request a refund
Send a short email to hello@weddingplannermarrakech.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request". You do not need to give a reason. We acknowledge every request within two (2) business days and process the refund within five (5) business days of acknowledgement.
4. How the refund reaches you
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as merchant of record for our sales. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card or other) used at checkout. Once we initiate the refund with Paddle, the funds typically appear on your statement within three (3) to ten (10) business days depending on your bank. We do not deduct any processing fee from the refund; you receive the full €49.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any non-waivable consumer-protection right you may have under the law of your habitual residence, including (where applicable) the European Union Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the Digital Content Directive 2019/770/EU, the Moroccan Loi 31-08 on consumer protection, or any equivalent statutory regime. Where local law provides a longer or stronger right than this policy, the local-law right applies.
